I am not seeing my Instagram account option
This might be because you need to either:
Switch your Instagram account to a professional account
Convert your personal Instagram account to a business or creator account to access professional features.
Ensure that it is connected to a Facebook page
Link your Instagram business account to a Facebook page for full integration capabilities.

I can't connect my Instagram account at all
When I try to connect my Instagram account, I get an error message or the connection fails completely. This happens even though I can log into Instagram normally.
Account Type
Make sure your Instagram account is set up as a Business or Creator account, not a personal account.
Facebook Page Connection
Your Instagram business account must be connected to a Facebook Page. Go to Instagram Settings → Account → Linked Accounts to verify this connection.
Page Permissions
Ensure you have admin or editor access to the connected Facebook Page. Only page admins and editors can connect Instagram business accounts to third-party apps.
Once you've completed the authorization process, your business page should appear in CornerStore.AI and other apps that require Facebook/Instagram API access.
You may need to log out and log back into CornerStore.AI for the changes to take effect. If you continue to have issues after following these steps, please contact our support team.
